NCCH Payment and refund policy:

We try to be fair with this policy so that both you and we can budget and plan courses ahead.

A non-refundable booking fee for both modules is payable upon booking.
The balance is payable at least one month before each module date booked – late payment may mean a place cannot be held.

Postponement of module dates booked:
No penalty if postponed up to 6 weeks before the module start date.
25% penalty for moving course date within 4-6 weeks prior to module start date.
50% penalty for moving course date within 2-4 weeks prior to module start date.
100% penalty for less than 2 weeks notice.

Cancellation within one month of the course module date incurs a penalty on the following scale:
2-4 weeks before course start date: 50% of balance
less than 2 weeks before course start date: no refund.
although you can suggest a substitute student to fill your booked place (provided they comply with entry requirements) with no loss.

If we postpone a course, we will offer alternative dates or refund your fee balance at your choice.

Your booking will be governed by the terms that were valid on the booking date. Please print out this page and other applicable pages when you book and keep them for future reference if needed.

If you think you may have reason to cancel your course at a short notice, we suggest that you take out your own insurance to cover your potential losses.
